About the role
Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient conditions and progress regularly to adjust treatments as necessary.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland.
- At least one year of experience in home health physical therapy.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Knowledge of home health insurance billing and coding.
- Experience with telehealth platforms.

Benefits
Taxed stipend to be determined based on 9-hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
Pay
