Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,527 per week
About the role
American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The position starts immediately and is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Performs clinical assessments and designs individualized treatment plans as a PT.
- Utilizes therapeutic exercises and neuromuscular techniques to improve patient mobility and function.
- Documents, reviews, and revises plans of care, progress notes, and clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a PT.
- Current State license in Massachusetts.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program.
- Previous home care experience is preferred.
- Must be willing to obtain Massachusetts state licensure if not already licensed.
