Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for an assignment in Barre, Vermont.

Assignment Details

This is a 13-week travel assignment with the following details:

  • Start Date: 08/31/2026
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift: 8 hours (Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • Employment Type: Travel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is required to start the assignment
  • BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
  • Vermont PT licensure
  • Home Health experience
  • OASIS experience
