About the Role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Assignment Details
- Start Date: 08/24/2026
- Duration: 14 weeks
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (5 days per week / 40 hours)
- Shift: 8 hours per day
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- Coverage area: Huntingdon County, Northern Blair County, and Centre County
- Productivity expectation: 30 points
- Dress code: Navy blue scrubs or polo shirt with khaki pants
Responsibilities
- Provide home health physical therapy services
- Complete OASIS documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License (required to start the assignment)
- BLS Certification (may be required from AHA or ARC)
- Home health experience
- OASIS experience
