Travel Physical Therapist Home Health - $2,386 per week

Skyline Med Staff Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Paducah, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent work experience in physical therapy.
• A current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
• Active license in the state of Kentucky (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
