TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting August 24, 2026, in Asheville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Adhere to hospital-specific certifications and patient ratios.
- Document patient progress using the HCHB system.
- Operate within scheduled 9-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Home health and/or hospice experience for nursing.
- Home health experience for therapy positions.
- Advanced skills in procedures performed on the unit.
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for patient visits.
