Travel Physical Therapist - $2,336 per week

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated Travel Occupational Therapist for an assignment in Thief River Falls, Wisconsin. This role is in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with an immediate start date.

About the role

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence with daily activities.
• Help patients improve strength, coordination, balance, and functional performance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Assignment duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Recent Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
