Travel Physical Therapist General Job
Travel assignment in the White River Junction, VT area. Start date: 09/07/2026. Contract duration: 16 weeks.
About the Role
Setting: Home healthcare - hospice. Shift: Days. Guaranteed hours: 32 per week.
Pay
Weekly pay: $1,963–$2,035 per week.
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and treat patients in a home health setting
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans in line with agency policies and professional standards
- Coordinate and communicate treatment activities with the interdisciplinary care team and patients
- Document evaluations, treatment goals, progress, and outcomes
- Educate patients and family members on the rationale for treatments and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist in VT and NH, or hold an unencumbered compact license
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience in a home healthcare setting
- Ability to work effectively in a home-based care environment
