Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans to restore and improve physical function
• Deliver therapy interventions using evidence‑based techniques and established protocols
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and safety strategies
