About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a travel assignment in Charleston, SC.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the care team to develop therapy plans and discharge recommendations
- Performing patient reassessments and updating the plan of care accordingly
- Documenting evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately in medical records
Role details
- Work 40 hours per week on 8-hour shifts
- Contract duration is 14 weeks
