Travel Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in a home health setting.
• Assist patients with therapy plans, evaluate progress, and ensure quality care within assigned coverage areas.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and adhere to regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active State Physical Therapy license required.
• Home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• BLS certification may be necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Duties

• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Friday, with a requirement to cover one weekend every six weeks.
• Serve patients in North County and St. Louis County/City areas.
• Shift hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations.
