About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Physical Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a travel assignment in San Antonio, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Providing therapeutic interventions to patients and monitoring their progress towards goals.
- Communicating functional changes and barriers to the care team to aid in care planning.
- Performing reassessments and updating the plan of care based on patient responses.
- Documenting evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
Schedule
Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
Pay
Compensation ranges from approximately $9,776 to $14,122 per month gross.
