About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel position in Grover Beach, California.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs
• Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team for effective care planning
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations
• Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient responses

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience

Skills

• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Competency in reassessment and care plan adjustments
