Travel Physical Therapist - Full-Time

About the role

Travel Physical Therapist, responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of PTAs and support staff
• Perform billing and ensure compliance with facility guidelines
• Adhere to state-specific PT board rules and regulations
• Collaborate with medical personnel and physicians for coordinated care
• Evaluate patients and modify care plans as needed
• Understand and utilize adaptive equipment
• Complete accurate documentation in line with legal and insurance standards
• Use medical systems to perform daily tasks

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 6 months experience; new grads encouraged to apply
• Valid state license and BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods
