Travel Physical Therapist position providing home health therapy in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Travel to patients' homes for therapy sessions in a home health setting.
- Manage approximately five patient visits per day, averaging five cases daily.
- Provide high‑quality care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Coordinate and deliver therapy services in patients' homes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and patient care protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8–10 hour shifts with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
