Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered care within a 35-mile radius of the Fargo office, supporting recovery and mobility goals. Responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapy interventions for individuals in their homes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Physical Therapist license in North Dakota
• Minimum of 2 years home health experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Schedule

Work scheduled daytime hours, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours weekly.
