About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a travel position in Clarkston, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Documenting evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in medical records
- Assessing functional status and developing individualized treatment plans
- Communicating patient progress and barriers to the care team
- Performing reassessments and updating care plans accordingly
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to evaluate and develop effective treatment plans
Schedule
The role requires working 40 hours weekly, with 8-hour shifts.
