Responsibilities

• Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response
• Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress towards goals
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately in medical records
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs

Schedule

• 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts
• 13-week contract
