Travel Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health, providing outpatient therapy services in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patient visits
- Perform assessments such as start of care, recertification, and resumption of care
- Manage patient care within a 50-mile radius
- Provide outpatient therapy in patients' homes
- Coordinate care with clinical support
- Short orientation with a preceptor is included
Qualifications
- Valid ND Physical Therapy License
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Preferably with Home Health and OASIS training
Skills
- Ability to perform assessments
- Ability to manage patient care remotely
- Ability to work independently with minimal clinical involvement
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Auto Insurance
- Capability to manage patient visits efficiently
- Adherence to dress code (scrubs of black, navy blue, or grey)
