Travel Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Coordinate care
• Educate patients and families
• Contribute to clinical improvement initiatives within a dynamic outpatient setting
• Accurate documentation
• Adherence to legal and organizational standards
• Active participation in clinical education and professional growth

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• At least 1 year of outpatient experience
• CPR certification
• Active Ohio license
• Pelvic health certification or experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to follow regulatory guidelines
• Experience in pelvic health therapy and clinical supervision (preferred)

• Flexibility to float between locations if needed
• Commitment to patient care and safety

Schedule & Compensation

• 8-hour days
• Minimum of 40 hours per week
