We are seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a travel role in Grover Beach, California. Key Responsibilities Include Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs.Communicating functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.Collaborating with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations.Performing reassessments and updating the plan of care based on patient response.
