Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a travel assignment in Plainfield, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Providing therapeutic interventions and monitoring patient progress toward goals.
- Communicating functional changes and barriers to the care team for effective care planning.
- Performing reassessments and updating the plan of care based on patient responses.
- Work 24 hours weekly in 5‑hour shifts.
- Ensure quality care and accurate documentation.
