About the role
Seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a rehabilitation environment, following a Monday - Friday schedule from 8am to 4pm, with 32 guaranteed hours per week.
- Maintain a 90% productivity standard for guaranteed hours.
- Assess and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapy interventions.
- Document patient progress.
- Handle credentialing and licensing processes, with expenses covered by the employer.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Possess or be eligible for an active state PT license.
