Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients' functional status and developing personalized treatment plans
• Performing reassessments and updating care plans based on patient progress
• Providing therapeutic interventions and monitoring outcomes towards measurable goals
• Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs

Work Details

• 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts
• Performing assessments and delivering treatments aligned with clinician and patient needs
