We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a travel position in Santa Rosa, California.

Responsibilities

• Conducting patient reassessments and updating care plans based on patient response
• Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs
• Collaborating with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge strategies
• Evaluating functional status and developing treatment plans aligned with clinical goals and patient needs
• Engaging in comprehensive patient care and team collaboration
