Travel Physical Therapist - Burn Unit - $2,647 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with burn unit experience for a 13-week acute care hospital assignment requiring weekend availability and Epic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Mobility, positioning, and therapeutic interventions to prevent contractures and scarring in burn patients
• Assist in outpatient PT evaluations and treatment as time allows
• Floating within inpatient settings

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Burn unit or inpatient acute care experience strongly recommended
• Active Louisiana PT license required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must be able to float within inpatient settings

Qualifications

• Driver’s license required for consideration
• Supervisor reference dated within the last 12 months required for consideration
• Any employment gaps exceeding 30 days must be listed and explained

Pay
