Travel Physical Therapist
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join Western Arizona Regional Medical Center in Bullhead City, a beautiful community along the Colorado River offering sunshine, outdoor adventure, and a relaxed Arizona lifestyle. This role combines meaningful work with an unforgettable experience in a destination known for boating, hiking, fishing, water activities, and stunning desert scenery, near Laughlin, Nevada, and within driving distance of popular Southwest destinations.
Physical Therapists play an important role in helping patients reduce pain, restore mobility, improve function, and achieve greater independence. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and educate patients on injury prevention, fitness, and long-term strategies for maintaining an active lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physical therapy treatments to reduce pain and improve mobility.
- Help patients restore function and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Educate patients on exercises, mobility, injury prevention, and wellness.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Promote long-term health, mobility, and independence.
Requirements
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) License – Required
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience – Required
- Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Ability to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Familiarity with EMR systems: ReDoc & MedHost
Assignment Details
This is a 13-week travel contract with an ASAP start date.
Schedule: 7a–4p or 8a–5p
