Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Treat inpatient, outpatient, swing-bed, and athletic patients
- Develop individualized rehabilitation plans
- Absorb patients with mobility, strength, and recovery goals
- Work with orthopedic and post-operative rehab patients
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation
- Collaborate with rehab and healthcare teams
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist License required
- BLS Certification preferred/required
- PT experience in outpatient or hospital setting preferred
- Experience with orthopedic and post-operative patients preferred
- Experience with pediatric to geriatric populations preferred
