Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect therapeutic services, including therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and patient education, in accordance with treatment plans established by licensed physical therapists
- Assist with implementing treatment goals as set by the Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Ensure safety and proper equipment use
- Document patient progress weekly
- Participate in team conferences and continuing education to maintain professional standards
- Adhere to safety and infection control guidelines
- Handle equipment properly and maintain a clean treatment environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid state Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 2 years of bedside experience

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
