Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (SNF) - $1,685 per week

About the role

Award-winning Assured Nursing is currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week travel assignment in Los Angeles, CA. This position offers 40 hours per week, 9-hour shifts, and starts immediately.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed

Skills

Pay
