The assignment is scheduled for dayshift hours, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility.

• May be required to participate in float rotation.

Requirements

• New York licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience (i.e., entry‑level eligible).
• Ability to start on October 12, 2026 and work through January 2, 2027 (12‑week assignment).

Schedule
