Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - Skilled Nursing Facility - $1,520 per week

About the role

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 31, 2026, in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness
• Help patients move better, feel better, and stay active
• Under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active State License to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include an associate degree in Physical Therapy
• Active state license to start the assignment
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
