About the role
Focus Staff is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel contract in Pasco, WA. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting. Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: 08/03/2026 Shift: 5x8 Days
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- 1 Year of Experience
- Valid WA License
- BLSEligible to work in the United States
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment
