Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients.
• Complete required documentation (including ATI documentation) outside of automated staffing systems clearance.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient recovery.
• Adhere to all documentation procedures and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Valid active Physical Therapy Assistant license (can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately).
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Experience in the relevant setting (equipment provided during interview).
