Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift with 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• Duration: 26 weeks (ending 04/11/2027)

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license
• Active certification
• At least 3 years of outpatient experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with outpatient modalities
• Effective documentation skills
