Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Assist the Physical Therapist with implementing treatment plans
- Train patients on mobility and assistive devices
- Demonstrate modalities
- Monitor patient response and document progress
- Maintain patient safety and adhere to all clinic policies on infection control and safety protocols
- Promote excellent customer service
- Participate in team activities and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- CAPTE certification
- Six months of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Active state license
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful previous assignment with the organization or its affiliates
- Experience in outpatient therapy
