About the role
Anders Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 in Hamlin, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises and activities
- Monitor patients' progress and report observations to supervising PTs
- Help maintain patient records and documentation
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and procedures
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Basic computer skills
