About the role
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Harrisonville, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient care activities including but not limited to patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Current state license and at least one year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program or passing the NPTE for Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Must meet other requirements set by the client facility.
