Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - Long Term Care - $1,590 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Potosi, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Missouri.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Experience in SNF setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.
