Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - Long Term Care - $1,427 per week

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Humansville, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean environment.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2+ years of recent experience in Long Term Care Physical Therapy.
• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care facilities and patient care practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
