Travel Physical Therapist Assistant, Long Term Care - $1,401 per week

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Renton, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist patients with exercises, treatments, and activities of daily living.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of recent experience in Long Term Care Physical Therapy.
• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of long-term care facilities and patient care protocols.
