Travel Physical Therapist Assistant, Long Term Care - $1,390 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Massachusetts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a SNF setting preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.

Pay

• Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
