Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in evaluating and treating patients with mobility and functional challenges
- Implement care plans
- Monitor patient progress
- Support rehabilitation goals
- Evaluate patients
- Help execute treatment plans
- Contribute to patient rehabilitation in a supportive environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Oklahoma PTA license (or compact license)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care
- BLS certification
- Valid SSN and DOB
- References required
