Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma PTA license
• Recent clinical experience
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient rehab experience recommended (new graduates accepted)
• At least one professional reference required

Skills

• Preferred Epic EMR experience
• Prior travel assignments advantageous
