Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - Inpatient Rehab - $1,444 per week
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The PTA will work with patients recovering from various conditions, including strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries. The role involves implementing treatment plans, assisting with therapy interventions, and promoting patient recovery in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the implementation of patient treatment plans as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Provide therapy interventions to individuals recovering from various physical impairments.
- Maintain patient progress and communicate findings to the therapy team.
- Utilize specialized equipment and technology to support patient rehabilitation.
- Incentivize and motivate patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Current PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
- Preferred experience in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency with specialized equipment.

Pay & Schedule
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
