About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week position in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Work with adult or geriatric patients
- Perform standard rehab equipment procedures
- Use Ekso NR and REAL VR equipment
- Utilize UDS ProDoc electronic health records system
- Treat common diagnoses such as CVA, amputee, orthopedic conditions
- Follow scrub color guidelines (Black)
- Start shift at 8:00 AM
Requirements
- Experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant working with adults or geriatric patients
- Preferred skills in orthopedics and neurology (not required)
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Oklahoma
- Passing score on the NCLEX-PN or current certification as a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
