About the role
Make a real difference as a travel PTA with Jackson Therapy Partners! You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Work with a general orthopedic and neuromuscular patient population
- Conduct approximately 16 patient visits per day
- Document patient care using WebPT EMR
- May be required to float to other area outpatient locations
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License is required to start the assignment
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Relevant outpatient experience or willingness to learn from a different background
Schedule
- Shift Days: Monday through Friday
- Schedule may begin as early as 7 AM and end as late as 6 PM
- One-hour lunch break
