Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 14-week contract starting immediately in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
