Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,648 per week
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant in Grass Valley, California.
About the Role
You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. This is a 13-week travel assignment with a start date of 08/31/2026, requiring 40 hours per week on an 8-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in regaining mobility and improving physical function under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
