About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Experience in SNF settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel within the United States.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
